The Allied Health Certificate is available for all paraprofessionals employed in a setting that requires them to provide support to individuals with any disorder.

Requirements
Before you proceed, please confirm that you have the required information and documents ready to submit with your application.
- A minimum of 21 years old
- Possess a diploma
- Ability to provide a high standard of care for clients
- Complete 20 hours training in the related field
- Be recommended by supervisor or trainer
- Complete a criminal background check
Additional Information
- Agree to the NIsBEC Professional and Ethical Code of Conduct
- All eligibility criteria will be reviewed by the NIsBEC Board before formal acceptance
- Placement on NIsBEC registry
- Renewed every 2 years
- Obtain 5 CEUs within the renewal cycle
